Commercial property Mold Damage

As our project manager knows, every mold damage scenario is different, and requires a unique solution, but the general mold remediation process stays the same which helps to get the job done! First, our project manager was able to inspect the area where mold was said to be. Tests were performed to better understand the extent of the situation. From there, the area was contained and air filtration set up to help remove the mold spores from the air itself. Next, the mold-infected drywall was taken down and removed which allowed for the affected areas to be cleaned and sanitized properly so the restoration process could begin.
