Crawlspace Mold Growth

An ongoing moisture problem led to excessive mold growth in this crawlspace of a home. The mold growth was so severe that it rotted the wood in the crawl space. SERVPRO of The Main Line worked with a general contractor and structural engineer to complete this project correctly. 

The technicians at SERVPRO were responsible for setting up negative air flow, the removal of all affected materials (this includes the floor joist!), through cleaning and decontamination of the crawlspace, and encapsulation. All work was done in with about 3 feet of head room wearing full PPE gear in 90+ degree heat.
