CORONAVIRUS/COVID-19 CLEANING INFORMATION

We offer three types of services to help your home or business stay safe or become safe once again.  *Fogging can be performed as a standalone service or combined with other types of cleaning.*

ALL CLEANING/DISINFECTING/SANITIZING TO BE DONE USING GUIDELINES SET FORTH BY THE CDC USING EPA RECOMMENDED VIRUSCIDES

Proactive cleaning – $0.20 to $0.30 per square foot.  No confirmed or suspected cases within home or business.  This type of cleaning is typically done for essential businesses that have remained open or for business that plan to open.  This type of cleaning is also done for situations where routine cleaning is lacked during time away and a deep cleaning is needed.  Professional cleaned surfaces are easier to keep clean.

This option includes cleaning of high touch surfaces such as counters, tabletops, doorknobs, bathroom fixtures, phones, keyboards, switches, handrails, and tables, etc.  Cleaning removes the soil and dirt that harbors/protects the infectious agents, while disinfecting/sanitizing kills the remaining environmental pathogens.  Cleaning of visibly dirty surfaces followed by disinfection/sanitization is a best practice measure for prevention of COVID-19 and other viral respiratory illnesses in community setting.  Disinfecting is done on non-porous surfaces by wiping with viruscide, sanitizing is done on porous surfaces by misting with viruscide.

Confirmed cleaning - $0.50 to $0.75 per square foot.  Positive test or reasonable assumption of positive case of COVID-19.  This type of cleaning is done for a business that has had someone potentially spreading the disease throughout the area and wants to safely use building again.  This type of cleaning can also be done in residential setting where multiple people use a common area.

This option includes all of the proactive cleaning measures with addition to all walls and floors.  Technician PPE is increased and if possible no one should be in building during the cleaning. 

Fogging is most commonly done after this cleaning to ensure all surfaces are disinfected/sanitized.  It is always best to disinfect/sanitize a clean surface.

Fogging - $0.05 - $0.12 per square foot.  Fogging or spraying is done in conjunction with other types of cleaning or done as standalone service in industrial/warehouse/sporting facility where hand cleaning would not be efficient or is not feasible.  Fogging is sometimes also done in a building/residence where it is reasonably clean and customer simply chooses to fog only. 

Fogging applies the viruscide as an ulta low volume mist that covers all surfaces in a thin even coat.  Building should not be occupied during the fogging but is safe to enter after it settles.
