Leaky Dishwasher
SERVPRO of the Main Line received a call about a potential water damage in a kitchen from a homeowner’s leaky dishwasher. Once arrived, the technicians at SERVPRO noticed more water damage than the homeowners had originally expected. The flooring in the kitchen had been saturated and had to be taken out. Air dryers also known as “Snails” were specifically positioned to dry the wet areas around the dishwasher. Once the sub-flooring was dried, the areas were then cleaned and ready for repair. Repairs were done to the dishwasher in order to fix the leak and new flooring was installed completing the kitchen and the flooring repair process.
